Project Overview
This project involved redesigning a comprehensive enterprise platform
designed to streamline the submission of approval requests and pre-
review of transactions. The UX design initiative aimed to improve user
experience by addressing critical pain points in the current system, which
was only accessible to administrators and lacked support for new
processes and controls for adding and removing entities.
The updated application provides an intuitive interface that aligns with
user needs, allows for easy submission and updating of requests, enables
a seamless approval and pre-review process, and ensures the integrity of
transactions.
